Robert Grass, PhD, is a lecturer at ETH Zurich and the CEO of TurboBeads. As a Ph.D student, Grass refined the concept of using nanoparticles to better enable chemists to perform magnetic separations in their research. Today, Grass teaches at ETH Zurich as well as running his Switzerland-based company which produces metallic nanoparticles for various applications.
