Hi Beautiful Friends 🌈 In this session, we’ll be using Easy Chair Somatic Yoga Stretches to help you improve your posture, particularly if you’ve been dealing with forward head posture. These gentle stretches will bring your awareness to how your body moves and feels, supporting your body illumination and alignment while helping you to release tension from your neck, shoulders, and upper back. Chair yoga is a wonderful way to practice asana in a supportive way, and these exercises are perfect for anyone looking to restore balance and improve their posture. By incorporating somatic yoga, somatic movement, and myofascial release yoga, we’ll help rewire the body’s habitual patterns that may contribute to discomfort and tension, all while working toward better posture. We’ll also be focusing on vagus nerve stimulation to bring calm and ease into the body, promoting relaxation and resilience. This practice is ideal for soothing neck pain and discomfort, offering you a holistic approach with somatics, forward head posture exercises, and neck pain exercises to release built-up tension. As you practice these somatic exercises and seated somatics, you’ll feel your body begin to soften, unwind, and reawaken. By the end, your body will feel more open and illuminated, and you’ll be empowered by how connected you are to your physical self.
