For business inquiries: [email protected] ——————————— Recipe: 1 stick unsalted butter (browned) 1 cup brown sugar 1/2 cup white sugar 2 large eggs (room temp) 1 tablespoon vanilla extract 1 cup AP flour 1 cup bread flour 1/2 tsp baking soda 1 tsp salt 1 bar of semi sweet baking chocolate (chopped) 1/2 to 3/4 cup of dark chocolate chips. Optional: Flaky salt for topping Honey roasted pistachios for an add-in In a mixing bowl, cream together your browned butter with your brown and granulated sugar. Add both eggs and vanilla extract, and combine again. You can premix your dry ingredients beforehand, but you can also just add your AP flour, bread flour, baking soda, and salt into your wet ingredient bowl. Combine until there is still some flour visible, and then add in your chocolate chips/chunks. Mix only until the rest of the flour is combined. Form your cookie dough balls, and let them chill for at least 30 minutes (the longer the better). You can then bake them at 350 F for 12 minutes before banging the baking sheet on the stovetop or oven rack (to give the cookies a rippled edge) and popping them back in for another 4-5 minutes.
