I would recommend leveling Ice Strike and speccing the big quarter staff wheel. You can pretty easily transition to this build around 65. Get the energy gain ascendancy last. Overall, I'm very pleased with how this build is shaping up and with more gear investment it's only going to get tankier and faster.
