Silent Hiking & Camping on the Tropical Forest in Mount Abang, Kintamani - Bali | ASMR | 4K |

This time, we were hiking in a group consisting of myself and three friends to explore the tropical forest trail on Mount Abang, in Bangli Regency, Kintamani, Bali. The entrance fee to this mountain is IDR 25,000 (for locals) and parking is IDR 5,000. We started our journey at 12 PM, and the hike lasted approximately four hours. The trail consists of two posts and one main peak on Mount Abang. We started by setting up camp at Sari Peak (about 30 minutes from the main peak). The tropical forest on Mount Abang is a feast for the eyes, with dense forests, pristine bird calls, and the most challenging challenge is the slippery dirt trail. Each post and sacred tree serves as a place of prayer for the Hindu community, who believe in spirituality. We should all respect that. We arrived at the campsite at 5:30 AM, and everything went smoothly. There are no springs here; if you plan to camp, please bring enough bottled water. And don't litter. After we set up our pyramid tent (the plot isn't very large, actually, just enough for four tents). From the viewpoint at Puncak Sari, we could see Mount Agung, Mount Rinjani at sunrise, and the hills of Puncak Trunyan from the side. It was truly beautiful, as the moon was a crescent moon and the Milky Way was plentiful (I recommend camping at this time). It was truly beautiful. We enjoyed the evening at the campsite. The wind was quite strong and cold (it's best to bring proper and complete equipment). Don't endanger yourself! In the morning, we enjoyed the sunrise with a cup of hot coffee and a pre-cooked breakfast, amidst the perfect natural beauty. At 10 AM, we headed home, climbing back up Puncak Abang, and descending via the original trail. The trail will be steep and slippery. Be careful, as this is a tropical forest. The mist brings light rain and makes the trail slippery, but the air is very fresh.
