Bench Press - 3 sets of 8-10 reps Bent Over Barbell Row - 3 sets of 8-10 reps Military Press - 3 sets of 8-10 reps Pull Ups - 3 sets of 8-10 reps *Note: prior to each exercise do as many progressively heavier warm up sets as you need in order to work up to your top weight. These 4 moves will work virtually every muscle in the upper body and allow for relatively heavy weighs to be lifted. So it's an ideal mass building workout program.
