Soup Stock - Parboil water - enough to submerge all ingredients 1/4 cup - ginger 1 tbsp - salt 600 grams - pork bones with bone marrow 800 grams - chicken feet 2. Soup Stock - Simmer ***parboiled pork bones + chicken feet 1/3 cup - garlic 1/2 cup - shallots 1 tbsp - peppercorns 16 cups - water 3. Liver Marinade 160 grams - pork liver 1/4 tsp - ground pepper 1 tsp - calamansi juice 1 tsp - soy sauce 4. Fries | Saute 4 tbsp - olive oil 1/3 cup - garlic 4 rolls - Kikiam (substitute with ground pork & shrimps rolls) 12 pcs - squid balls 200 grams - pork collar (kasim) 1/4 cup - water 1 tbsp - olive oil 1/2 cup - shallots ***marinated liver 1 tsp - liquid seasoning ***soup stock 1 tsp - ground pepper 1 tsp - sugar 2 tbsp - spicy chilis 2 tbsp - soy sauce 2 tbsp - liquid seasoning 1 cup - carrots 900 grams - Lomi (thick egg noodles) 200 grams - cabbage 2 to 4 pcs - eggs 2 to 3 tbsp cornstarch + 3 tbsp water ***top all the fries garnish with 5 pcs spicy chilis 5 stalks - spring onions ***fried garlic Season with: calamansi juice + liquid seasoning or fish sauce (patis) Storage: Separate left over noodles from soup & keep in the fridge, best to consume within 3 days Cooking Time: Soup Stock = approximately 3+ hours Lomi = approximately 50 minutes Serving: 10+ people 🎵Track Info: Title: Mr. Sunny Face Artist: Wayne Jones Genre: Cinematic Mood: Happy
