Ready for this quick 10 Min Booty Burn?? 🔥 These exercises are gonna target your Glutes and tone the area underneath your booty, to keep this beautiful bum of yours nicely shaped and lifted. I recommend you to combine this Glute Activation Workout into your Leg Day routine, or just do on its own for a quick tone and lift. I suggest that you put the mini band right above your knees because in this way the resistance is the highest plus it doesn't slip off that easily. I'm using a x-hard mini band for this one, but you can adopt depending on your fitness level. It's only a 10 Min Workout so there won't be any breaks in between exercises.
