Anokha 2026 | India’s Young Innovators Take the Stage | Coimbatore Campus

Anokha 2026, the national-level techfest of Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, Coimbatore campus, was a vibrant convergence of industry leadership, student innovation, and experiential learning. Held alongside the 23rd Anniversary of Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, Anokha 2026 featured the flagship CEO Conclave, bringing together senior leaders from leading organisations such as Ashok Leyland, HCL Technologies, TVS Motors, DLF, and Intrucept Labs. These leaders engaged with students and faculty through insightful panels and discussions. The newly instituted Anokha Excellence Award 2026 was presented to Dr. T. R. Parasuraman, Executive Advisor, Toyota Kirloskar Motors, in recognition of exemplary industry leadership. With 5,500+ student registrations from across India, the fest hosted 29 competitions, four hackathons, over 20 workshops, and an expansive Techfair & Exhibition showcasing more than 100 student projects. From AI, robotics, drones, and cybersecurity to biomedical engineering, gaming, and creative arts, Anokha celebrated interdisciplinary innovation grounded in real-world relevance. The campus came alive with mentor–mentee sessions, industry interactions, cultural performances, and a grand proshow by playback singer Naresh Iyer, reflecting the holistic spirit of the fest. The Department of Chemical Engineering was awarded the Rolling Trophy for overall technical excellence, with total prizes exceeding ₹7.5 lakhs.
