Immediately transfer to cold water (keeps color bright). Blend spinach with green chilies, garlic, and ginger into a smooth puree. 💗*Step 2*: Cook the chicken Heat oil/ghee in a pan. Add cumin seeds and bay leaf. Add chopped onions and sauté until golden. Add ginger-garlic paste; cook till raw smell disappears. Add tomato puree, turmeric, chili powder, coriander powder, and salt. Cook until oil separates from the masala. 💗*Step 3*: Add chicken Add chicken pieces and mix well. Cook on medium heat for 5–7 minutes until chicken turns white and slightly browned. 💗*Step 4*: Add palak puree Add prepared spinach puree and mix. Add water for desired consistency.
