Healthy Chicken Kebabs 2 Ways | Indulging Food Bored of having just chicken breasts? Well now you've got 2 ways to consume your chicken breasts with these simple and easy kebab recipes. Have with the sauces we have given you. They are lovely with salads, quinoa, flat bread, wraps or even pita. A dinner for two made in just few minutes. Eat Healthy & Stay Healthy Ingredients:- Serves 2 - 3 Chicken Seekh Kebabs with Sauce 500g Chicken Breasts 1 1/2 tbsp Corriander Powder 1 tsp Chaat Masala 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder 1 3/4 tsp Cumin Powder 1 1/4 tsp Garam Masala Powder 2 tsp Salt (Sea Salt) 1 tsp Chilli Powder 1 tsp Ginger Paste 1 1/2 tsp Garlic Paste 2 - 3 tbsp Fried Onions 1/2 cup Fresh Coriander 1 Onion 1/2 Lemon Juice Green Chutney/ Green Sauce 1 Green Chilli 1/4 cup Fresh Coriander Leaves 1 clove Garlic 7 tsp Tamarind Paste 1/4 cup Water to taste Salt (Sea Salt) Method:- Step 1:- In a food processor, chop the onion. Add the chicken and mince it well. Add the remaining ingredients and blend well. Transfer to a container and refrigerate the chicken mixture for atleast 30 minutes. Step 2:- Preheat broiler/oven/grill to 220°C. Add the mince meat on to the skewers. Drizzle them with some oil and grill for 6 - 8 minutes on each side. Step 3:- In a chopper, add the fresh coriander, garlic, green chili and tamarind paste with some water and blend it well. Serve this with the kebabs and enjoy Chicken Vegetable Kebabs with Yogurt Dip Serves 2 - 3 Ingredients: 1 1/2 tbsp Onion Powder 1 tbsp Garlic Powder/ Garlic Granules 2 tsp Salt (Sea Salt) 3/4 tsp Black Pepper 2 tsp Chilli Flakes 1 1/2 tsp Smoked Paprika 1 1/2 tsp Dried Oregano 2 tsp Dried Chives 2 tsp Worcester Sauce 2 tsp BBQ Sauce 84g Carrots 42g Beetroot Yogurt Dip Ingredients: 1 slice Jalapeno to taste Salt 2 tsp Honey 1 tsp Garlic Powder or 1 clove Garlic 1/2 tsp Black Pepper 1/2 tsp Oregano 2 - 3 tbsp Water 5 - 6 tbsp Yogurt Smoked Paprika & Extra Chives Method: Step 1:- In a food processor, chop the carrots and beetroot finely. Add the chicken and mince it well. Add the the remaining ingredients and blend well. Transfer to a container and refrigerate for atleast 30 minutes. Step 2:- Make patties of the kebab mixture and cook them on a pan with little oil. Step 3:- Add jalapeno, water, honey, salt and garlic powder/ 1 clove garlic in a chopper or blender and blend well. Transfer to a bowl and add the yogurt, mix well. Sprinkle smoked paprika and chives before serving.
