Dalgona is a popular street candy but coffee version, Dalgona coffee has been making its rounds on the internet and it's super easy to make! It uses only three ingredients— water, instant coffee and sugar! Matcha Dalgona is also very easy, it's actually dairy-free! Since I don’t drink coffee I wanted to make a Matcha version. It turned out to be the best Matcha drink I had ever made. The foam/ creme is just heavenly!
