With love from the Table Outside fam ——— Meat Rub Ingredients: 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder 1.5 teaspoon truffle salt 1/2 teaspoon thyme 1/2 teaspoon cracked black pepper 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes ——— Chimichurri Ingredients: 50g fresh parsley 3 deseeded chillies 150g Chopped onion 3 large cloves of garlic 1/2 tbs of dried oregano 1 tbs of cooking salt 1/2 tsp of ground black pepper 120ml olive oil 100ml red wine vinegar 1 whole lemon ——— Truffle Potato Ingredients: 10-15 baby potatoes 3 LARGE garlic cloves Truffle salt Truffle powder 6 black garlic cloves Fresh rosemary (not dried - to cut through the earthiness of the other ingredients) (In the video we added the left over onion from the chimichurri to the potatoes)
