I spent around 15k during the whole trip; budgeted and responsible travels. I took a train from Delhi to New Jalpaiguri, then a bus to Phunsholing, Bhutan from Siliguri, WB. The immigration process for Indians is really easy though one needs a passport/voter id, itinerary, hotel bookings and a recommendation letter for smooth immigration. I have heard that now Indians have to pay some Royalty Fees too per day? Is that right? Tell me in the comments if you have trusted sources. I travelled to Punakha from Thimphu with a friend. Travelled to Chime Lakhang (Fertility Temple), Punakha Dzong & Suspension Bridge before heading to Phobjikha Valley to unfold an offbeat adventure and saw Black Necked Cranes just above me.
