「治病保生神咒」太虛玄妙神，空洞幽元君。生於眇莽中，運化標玄根。淡漠居正性，返照滅邪氛。消魔卻害除，沖融和至真。昭昭智慧鋒，威化比妖群。五濁安能擾，明輝華景形。佩服景霄文，雲光煥爾身。玉符鎮內景，龍虎纏胎嬰。水火金木交，混一宗皇靈。百脈息宣暢，帝真衛爾生。「治病保生神咒」收錄在《太上三洞神咒》，其大致意思是：在天地化生之初，幽深微妙之神靈就在渺茫遼闊之宇宙之中，彰顯著大道運行之根本。身心應處於淡泊恬靜之狀態，讓正性回照身心，使邪念妄欲都掃滅，使心中之各種魔障都消除，讓沖融之氣和融至真之身，憑藉銳器一樣之大智大慧去戰勝各種妖孽。若在外出時不慎遭遇不良磁場而未即時察覺，日後可能會引發身體或精神上之異常症狀。就醫檢查卻難以找到明確之病理原因，這類由非病理性因素導致之身心不適，常被稱為“虛病”。針對此類情況，可通過虔誠地聆聽或唱誦此咒語，诚心祈禱，邀請神降臨，以驅散邪祟，清除五濁，增強正氣，讓全身百脈得以暢通無阻。 The 'Healing and Life Preservation Mantra' is recorded in the Tai Shang San Dong Mantra. Its general meaning is: At the beginning of the creation of heaven and earth, profound and subtle deities existed in the vast and boundless universe, manifesting the fundamental principles of the great Tao. The mind and body should be in a state of indifference and tranquility, allowing the purity of nature to illuminate the mind and body, eradicating evil thoughts and desires, eliminating all obstacles and demons within the heart, and harmonizing the qi with the true essence of the body, using the sharp wisdom like a weapon to overcome various evil influences. If one inadvertently encounters harmful energy fields while out and does not immediately perceive it, it may later lead to abnormal physical or mental symptoms. Medical examinations may find it difficult to pinpoint a clear pathological cause, and such physical and mental discomfort caused by non-pathological factors is often referred to as 'empty illness.'
