RICOTTA RECIPE: 1kg fresh ricotta 500 grams icing sugr 1/2 tea spoon cinnamon White chocolate to stick the cannoli is better than dark chocolate, simply because it just looks nicer. It appears far less messy than if you were to stick your cannoli onto a white cone using dark chocolate. Something Sicily inspired, finally ;) I had been wanting to make a cannoli tower video for quite some time but I just neer really got round to doing it. So I'm glad I finally got to! These are ery delicious little morsels. I might also mention: IMPORTANT NOTE: Prepare this cannoli tower as close to the event date as possible. Cannoli are meant to be eaten while crispy and in most bakeries, they are filled for you on the spot to maintain their traditional crunchy texture. The longer you wait, the soften the cannoli shells will get and this is not very tasty. Having said that, I would recommend you fill and assemble your tower on the same day as the event, even a few hours beforehand if you can. They softening of the shell can also lead to the cannoli falling off the tower, so be sure to drain the riicotta before making the filling. Thanks again for tuning in everyone! I shall catch you again next week :) Love, Rosie For business enquiries, please contact: rosiesdessertspot@gmail.com
