A difficult take off to a scenic landing on the coast of the lake of Zurich. Several days of rain caused the main taxiway and runway at Fricktal Schupfart (LSZI) to be closed. Runway 07L (the glider runway parallel to the main runway) was in use but the access to 07L from the ramp was via the 26R end of the runway. Therefore it was necessary to back track the entire length of the runway. Two other aircraft were practicing circuits while three of us waited to back track. When the opportunity came we all went together. I did a single circuit as my recent landings were not the greatest so I needed a little practice. The last couple of landings were intended to be three point landings but I had let up back pressure on the stick after touching down and the tail wheel lifted off the ground again turning the landing into more of a wheel landing. This time I kept the stick all the way back till I stopped or in the case of the touch and go was ready to lift it off again. At Wangen Lachen the wind was calm so the runway in use was left up to the traffic. I was lucky that two aircraft taking off when I arrived opted to use Runway 08. This runway has a scenic approach over a marina. The video is 360 degree video which unfortunately not every browser supports. The camera was a Kodak 360SP 4K.
