Mindfulness is something I swear by in my practice. Yoga is all about mind & body connection so this is what we're gonna be doing in this mobility class. I will be showing some modifications for when you have a limited flexibility. All levels are welcome! This is perfect for when you want to get a rest day but still want to do something to mobilize your body and feel good.
