Here's a fun and easy-to-follow, low-impact POP DANCE routine to 'Thumbs' by Sabrina Carpenter. If you want to change it up a bit - you can add directional changes to the double side step with a 180 degree turn to the back and then another 180 degree turn back to facing front. The chorus repeats 4 times so that's an easy one to add directional changes - front, side, back and side. This choreography has been inspired by lovely Charlotte as she teaches to this track during our Happy Balance Ballroom Fitness classes.
