Take a look at the incredible drone footage capturing our Skelton Infrastructure contract, which forms part of the transformation of the former Skelton Grange power station site in Leeds into a major industrial and logistics hub incorporating energy and digital infrastructure. The contract, which began in August 2024, focuses on building the adoptable infrastructure that will underpin the success of this landmark development. Working in support of Harworth Group, our scope includes: • Reconstruction and realignment of existing road corridors, including earthworks, kerbing, asphalt surfacing, street signs, lighting, and markings • Installation of new storm and foul drainage systems, including a rising main and pumping chamber, to adoptable standards under S104 & S106 agreements with Leeds City Council and Yorkshire Water • Provision of new utility services as required • Delivery of a Section 278 scheme connecting the private development road network to the public highway At the same time, we are carrying out the Skelton Earthworks & Remediation contract, preparing the former power station site for future commercial development.
