Healthy Fusion⭕ / @healthyfoodfusion Food Fusion Kids⭕ / @foodfusionkids Serves: 8-9 Recipe in English Ingredients: -Khubani (Apricot) dried ¾ Cup (washed, deseeded & soaked in 1 Cup water) -Imli pulp (Tamarind pulp) ⅓ Cup -Gur (jaggery) crushed 3 tbs -Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) ¼ tsp or to taste -Adrak powder (Ginger powder) ½ tsp -Kala namak (Black salt) ¼ tsp -Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed ¼ tsp -Apple 1 & ½ Cup -Kiwi 1 Cup -Banana sliced 1 Cup -Orange 1 Cup -Amrood (Guava) 1 Cup -Melon small cubes 1 & ½ Cup -Strawberry 1 Cup Direction: -In a blending jug, add dried apricot, apricot water, blend well until smooth. -In a sauce pan, add prepared apricot puree, imli pulp, jaggery, red chilli powder, ginger powder, black salt, cumin, turn on the flame, mix well. -Cook on low flame for 7-8 minutes, khubani chutney is ready, let it cool down, add in an air-tight container & refrigerate for up to 1 month. -In a bowl, add apple, kiwi, banana, orange, guava, melon, strawberry, prepared khubani chutney 2-3 tbs & mix well -Khubani chutney wali fruit chaat is ready!
