Places we visited in Morocco: Blue City of Chefchaouen, Marrakech, Rabat, Essaouira, Asilah,Tangier, Casablanca, The Sahara Desert. During the first month of our trip around the world, we found ourselves in Canggu, Bali. We met a fellow traveller in our hostel. We clicked instantly. His name was Nasr and he soon became one of my best friends. We travelled through South East Asia together and throughout that time he shared many stories from Morocco. One day, he extended an offer to us to visit his country. We knew it would be a once in a lifetime experience that we didn't want to miss. In 20 days, we hit the Mawazine Music Festival, explored the mysterious medinas of Morocco's famous cities, indulged in Morocco's traditional foods, visited the Blue City and Windy City of Essaouira, heard tales from a nomad, and went trekking through the rolling sand dunes of the Sahara Desert. This is my Moroccan adventure!
