Find more delicious recipes here: https://onestopchopllc.com Amazon Storefront: https://www.amazon.com/shop/onestopchop_ For business inquires only ➢ onestopchop21@gmail.com INGREDIENTS 2 pounds of ground beef 1 green bell pepper, chopped 1 red bell pepper, chopped 1 onion, chopped 1 cup of milk-soaked bread crumbs 2 eggs 1/2 cup of ketchup 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce 1/4 cup of BBQ sauce Salt and pepper to taste BBQ Glaze Ingredients: 2 tablespoons of butter 1/2 cup of ketchup 1/4 cup of BBQ sauce 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce 1 teaspoon of garlic powder 1 teaspoon of onion powder 1-2 cloves of minced garlic or 1 teaspoon of garlic paste Salt and pepper to taste Directions for the Glaze: 1. Melt the Butter: In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. 2. Combine Ingredients: Once the butter is melted, stir in the ketchup, BBQ sauce, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, minced garlic or garlic paste, salt, and pepper. Mix well until combined. 3. Apply the Glaze: About 15 minutes before your meatloaf is done baking, take it out of the oven and spread this glaze evenly over the top. 4. Finish Baking: Return the meatloaf to the oven and bake for the remaining time, allowing the glaze to thicken and caramelize. Directions 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). 2. In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, chopped green and red bell peppers, chopped onion, milk-soaked bread crumbs, and eggs. Season with salt and pepper. 3. Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a baking dish. 4. In a small bowl, mix together the ketchup and BBQ sauce. Spread this mixture evenly over the top of the meatloaf. 5. Bake in the preheated oven for about 1 hour, or until the meatloaf is cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C). 6. Let it rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
