Updates for the Arctic Science Summit Week 2024: Marine Ecosystems Community Meeting June 2024

The goal of this meeting was to report out on marine topics from the recent International 2024 Arctic Science Summit Week (ASSW) and Arctic Observing Summit (AOS) held in Scotland. The meeting included highlights from the Pacific Arctic Group meeting, the Distributed Biological Observatory community meeting, and the developing Arctic regional alliance meeting, including updates related to the recent UN Decade of Ocean Science for Sustainable Development held in Barcelona, Spain. Craig Lee (UW) presented "Co-designing a pan-Arctic Ocean Regional Alliance planning during the AOS." Jackie Grebmeier (CBL/UMCES) presented "Updates from the spring Pacific Arctic Group held during ASSW24." Anna Nikolopoulos (NPI) presented "On the progress of establishing a network of pan - Arctic Distributed Biological Observatories."
