Sri Sathya Sai Students (Alumni of Sri Sathya Sai Educational Institutions) are organizing an evening program entitled SAMARPAN on the 4th Sunday of every month at SIVAM, Hyderabad. It is about re-living those moments spent with HIM, re-connecting with HIM and soaking in the Divine presence. We have an opportunity to listen to the Leelas of the Lord from the devotees who were blessed with Divine association through “SAMARPAN” The #146 SAMARPAN is being held at SIVAM on the evening of 25th May 2025. We are truly blessed to have Sri Laxmikanth Nagulapalli as the speaker for the day. Laxmikanth Nagulapalli: A Journey of Grace, Service, and Excellence Some lives are shaped by fate, others by faith. Laxmikanth Nagulapalli’s life is a testament to the power of devotion, divine grace, and purposeful living. Born into a family closely associated with Bhagawan Sri Sathya Sai Baba since the 1950s, he inherited a legacy of devotion from his parents—Smt. Shyamalamma and Sri. Srinivasa Rao garu, a humble farmer from NagarKurnool district, Telangana. Educated in a Telugu-medium government school (ZPPHS-Wanaparthy), his spiritual path was marked early by divine guidance. On Swami’s command, Laxmikanth pursued BSc, MSc, and MBA at Prashanthi Nilayam—years that deepened his devotion and honed his values through direct participation in Seva and campus life. He served in multiple capacities, including as part of the elite motorbike pilot team during major spiritual events, absorbing Swami’s lessons in humility, discipline, and dedication. His devotion also found voice through poetry and songwriting. The renovation of the Hanuman temple in Manchalakatta village became a creative turning point, leading to compositions that celebrated Lord Hanuman and Swami’s teachings. Notably, he penned the theme song for Sivam and several other devotional works, each a heartfelt tribute to his spiritual journey. His wife, Smt. Deepika, a third-generation devotee of Swami, complements his journey. Actively involved in the Rangareddy district Seva Samithi and Vedam chanting team, she embodies the same spirit of devotion and service. Professionally, Laxmikanth exemplifies balance and excellence. Currently working as the Director & Head – South and East India at a leading MNC, he has held prominent roles at Asian Paints, Fidelity, and L&T Investments. His ability to merge spiritual commitment with corporate leadership speaks to his discipline and purpose-driven life. More than a professional or devotee, Laxmikanth stands as an inspiring example of how divine guidance, service, & excellence can harmoniously shape a life. His journey reaffirms a timeless truth: those who walk in faith are always led by grace.
