I wrap my hair every single night as shown in the video using a velcro hair wrap with a bonnet over it. Make sure the air is on when you shower so your roots don’t sweat. The most important is to not apply any product including edge control or oil. It’ll make the hair old and stiff sooner. Oil doesn’t add moisture it locks it in so it’s best to use oil on wet hair before blow drying. If you’d like to use oil I recommend biosilk. How did you grow your hair?
