Welcome to your yoga for anxiety relief. This class includes several yoga poses and movement to help you relieve anxious energy with one breath work technique at the end. Just know that anxious feelings and emotions are so normal and natural. Trying not to fight against them is really helpful to calm your ming and nervous system. Try to accept them as they are without judgement is really important. It may sound easier said than done. But imagine you are seeing clouds in the sky moving by the wind. Your body is not tense at that moment, right? Those clouds are the anxious thoughts. They will eventually go away. so, whenever those anxious thoughts come up in your mind, imagine them as those clouds, and relax your muscles in your entire body. They will go away from your system. I hope this class helps!
