Winter skincare hits differently as we age. Dry air, indoor heat, wind, and makeup can all change how skin behaves — even if you’ve always been oily. In today’s video, I’m sharing my real winter skincare routine for dry, mature skin, including both my AM and PM routines. Morning is about protection. Night is about repair. Nothing extreme, nothing trendy — just what actually works for my skin at 61. This video is part of my monthly skincare collab with Andi from Andi Does Stuff.
