Ingredients Drumstick leaves- one bowl full. Shallots - 10 to 12 nos. Green chilli - 4 to 5 nos Grated coconut - 1 cup. Dry red chilli - 2 to 3 nos Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder - 1 tsp Cumin seed - 1 tsp Salt - 1 or 2 tsp Oil - 1 or 2 tsp Method First we have to separate drumstick leaves from the stick and set aside. Then grated the coconut and set aside. Then peel and washed the shallots and set aside Then washed the green chilli and set aside. Then chopped the shallots and set aside. Then chopped the green chilli and dry red chilli set aside. Take grated coconut add shallots,turmeric powder,chilli powder and cumin seed. Then grinded the whole ingredients into coarse paste, set aside. Then wash the Drumstick leaves and set aside. Heat oil in a pan add mustard seed ,let them spluttered. Then add Dry red chilli, shallots and green chilli ,saute them well. Add water to the grinded coconut mix and mix them well. Then add grinded masala mix in to the curry pan. Sprinkle some salt and mix them well. Add drumstick leaves and mix them well. Cook for 4 to 5 minutes. Remove from fire and set aside. Serve the tasty drumstick leaves curry with steamed rice.
