This shrimp Pasta dish makes a lasting impression. You will be surprised at how quick and easy you can prepare it. 5 garlic cloves, minced 1 tbs butter 12 oz Shrimps , cleaned, peeled, and deveined 2 tbs fresh parsley , minced 4 oz fresh parmesan cheese, grated 1 1/2 to 2 cups heavy cream 1 shallot, minced 1 lb Mostaccioli pasta Salt to taste 1/4 pepper 1/4 tsp paprika DIRECTIONS: 1. In a mixing bowl, season shrimps with salt, pepper, garlic an lemon. then sprinkle with oil and parsley. Mix well to combine 2. In a medium skillet, saute shrimps, cook both sides, and remove from pan. 3. Cook pasta according to package directions minus 2 minutes 4. Meanwhile, make the sauce. Using the same pan, heat with oil and butter, and saute shallot, garlic until fragrant. Add cream, allow to simmer, then add cheese gradually and stir. 5. Return shrimps to sauce, mix and add to cooked pasta. Toss together and top with any remaining shrimps. Serve immediately and save any leftover in refrigerator.
