This is a healthy and tasty salmon recipe everyone is asking for. This salmon goes fast when I make it this way. My family always loves it and there is barely nothing left for the next day. This is an easy and simple recipe . Ingredients: 8 oz Salmon sliced into filets 3 tbs olive oil 1/2 tbs seasoning blend 1 tsp lemon seasoning 1/4 tsp pepper blend 1/4 tsp paprika 2 tbs soy sauce 4 garlic cloves (minced) 1 lb. baby potato 1 tbs lime Instructions: 1. Wash and cut green beans, red onion, and tomato. In a oven safe pan (9"x13") arrange veggies in layers. 2. Slice salmon into 5 filets. In a bowl, prepare seasoning mixture by adding the oil, the seasonings, the soy sauce, the lime, and garlic. Brush and coat the pieces. 3. Cut baby potatoes in half and place around the salmon. Brush potatoes with the remaining salmon mixture. 4. Cover and let it marinate for 30 minutes in the refrigerator. 5. Bake for 20 minutes. Then remove potatoes and return salmon to the oven for another 10 minutes. Note: You can choose to serve salmon with the potatoes or a good white rice on the side.
