I have a long practice for you today, about 75 minutes full of yin stillness. We'll slowly release through the hips, hamstrings, as well as the spine (through forward bends, back bends, and twists). Enjoy this long journey unwinding tension and drawing your awareness to whatever is speaking to you from within. Allow space and silence to be your guide towards the truth of what this life is and towards the truth of what you need (or don't need) most right now. Savor the pauses in between the postures and give yourself the opportunity to go slow (especially this time of the year, winter, if you're in the northern hemisphere). Always all the best.
