Paro is a beautiful place. we started our trip from Paro where we spent 1 night and 1 day. This is detailed video that will take you to the beautiful Paro valley. We went to Tiger Nest Monastery first (that being one of the national symbol of Bhutan) - If we wish to enter the Tiger Nest Monastery, you actually have to pay 2000 Rs. but you can also chose to just see it from outside and of coarse, it is free of cost (but you will have to trek for about 4 kilometers in both cases).
