So please try it and enjoy~ ====================== Oil Tteokbokki (2 servings) [Ingredients] 2 cups (320g) Tteokbokki rice cake 1/2 cup (30g) green onion 1 tbsp (8g) coarse red pepper powder 1/2 tbsp (3g) fine red pepper powder 1.5 tbsp (18g) brown sugar 1 tbsp (7g) sesame oil 1.5 tbsp (15g) aged soy sauce 3 tbsp (21g) cooking oil A little bit of crushed sesame mixed with salt [Instructions] 1. Rinse rice cakes in deep bowl and place in strainer to drain water. 2. Slice green onion into 0.5cm thick slices. 3. In a deep bowl, mix green onion, soy sauce, seasame oil, and drained rice cake. 4. Once evenly mixed, add coarse and fine red powder flakes and mix evenly. 5. Once you get the color you want, add cooking oil and mix. 6. Place frying pan over low heat and spread rice cakes out flat in pan. 7. Keep turning rice cake so they don’t burn. 8. Check to see if rice cake is soft, and coat with a sprinkle of brown sugar if needed. 9. Plate Tteokbokki in bowl and sprinkle crushed sesame with salt to finish.
