Form a golden gate bridge between your heart and my heart, open your eyes. With this technique, we will realize that at the level of consciousness, humanity is one. That is one thing. Secondly, we will realize, during this process, your aging... you get an anti-aging effect. The decaying process stops in that moment of time. This is the ultimate spa because if your mind doesn't work, if your thoughts don't work and molecules are not there, there's no disease, decay and death. If nothing moves there is no change.
