Linzer Cookies are buttery, jam-filled sandwich cookies dusted with some icing sugar. Great idea for holiday baking! They are crispy, buttery and just melt in your mouth! Ingredients: 340g butter, room temperature 165g/ ¾ cup sugar 400/1 2/3 cups flour + more as needed (I used about 200g more) 1 tsp vanilla extract 2 tbsps water ¼ tsp salt about 200-300g raspberry/strawberry jam icing sugar to dust Cookie cutter: 6cm Chill the cookies for 15 min before baking in the oven 175C/347F for about 15 min until edges begin to brown.
