✨ PAN-TO-PAN TAPIOCA COUSCOUS ✨ A different, light, easy-to-make and addictive recipe! It's a hit at my house for breakfast and even dinner! If you like creative recipes with simple ingredients, come and learn how to make this delicious dish! 📋 INGREDIENTS 6 tablespoons of cornflakes 1/2 teaspoon of salt 1 tablespoon of melted butter 1/2 cup of warm water Sliced mozzarella cheese (for the base and filling) Filling to taste: chicken, tomato, cream cheese or whatever you prefer 🔥 PREPARATION METHOD 1️⃣ In a bowl, mix the cornflakes with the salt. 2️⃣ Add the melted butter and warm water. Mix well and let it sit for 5 minutes to hydrate the flakes. 3️⃣ Grease a non-stick frying pan (20cm in diameter) with butter and line the bottom with slices of mozzarella cheese. 4️⃣ Turn the heat to low and let the cheese start to melt.
