Contractor Management and Compliance Process – Overview This video provides an overview of the Company’s Contractor Management and Compliance Process. It explains how contractors are selected, evaluated, and monitored to ensure all work is performed safely, competently, and in compliance with company policies and applicable health and safety legislation. The process includes pre-qualification requirements, verification of training and certifications, communication of safety expectations, and ongoing oversight while work is being performed. Contractors are expected to follow all site-specific rules, safety procedures, and reporting requirements. Effective contractor management helps reduce risk, maintain consistent safety standards, and ensure accountability across all projects. Compliance with this process is mandatory for all contractors working on behalf of the Company. I'm going to go over a contract and employer management process. So this is where you have a, a contractor that's working for your company. Uh, first thing, contract employer is responsible to complete and submit your company's prequalification form. Your company is responsible to review that prequalification form with them. Uh, you're also responsible to select a contracted employer. And send contractual documents out to the selected party. You need to review contractor monthly health and safety activity reports as per project requirements. Communicate feedback to contract employers to address any non-compliance. And in the event of non-compliance, the first thing you do is send a, a warning from your company. The second is a formal meeting. The third is the contractor. Employers. Non-compliance is recorded. Fourth is corrective action plan. Fifth is contract. Employers meet with the senior leadership. Six actions may be taken at the discretion of your company, and depending on the findings, termination of the contract may occur. So you would have your contractor sign here and dated here.
