Your company is responsible to review that prequalification form with them. Uh, you're also responsible to select a contracted employer. And send contractual documents out to the selected party. You need to review contractor monthly health and safety activity reports as per project requirements. Communicate feedback to contract employers to address any non-compliance. And in the event of non-compliance, the first thing you do is send a, a warning from your company. The second is a formal meeting. The third is the contractor. Employers. Non-compliance is recorded. Fourth is corrective action plan. Fifth is contract. Employers meet with the senior leadership.
