Is Moving to France REALLY Worth It?

A New Life in France, we reflect on a theme we keep hearing over and over again - the magic of the French quality of life. It's a common thread in every interview we've done lately, whether it's with newcomers, seasoned expats, or friends deciding to move on to Spain. Our little Airbnb experiment has become more about meeting like-minded people than just renting rooms - and that has made all the difference. A chance text turns into a full day of good food, conversation, and future plans for collaborations. The beauty of living here? Everything is just a stone's throw away - including good friends, wine, and lively markets. On the home front, Maria's making a mess - as usual - to make the garden more beautiful, and we both tackle moving planters to make sure our vegetables get some proper sun this year.
