Ideal for BBQ lovers, spicy food enthusiasts, and traditional Pakistani cuisine fans, this episode brings restaurant-style cooking right to your home kitchen. ✨ Show Name: Mehboob’s Kitchen 👨🍳 Host: Chef Mehboob Khan 📅 On-Air Date: 19 December 2025 📺 Channel: Masala TV Perfect for weekend dinners, party platters, and spice lovers. 📌 RECIPE CARD Chili chicken Ingredients: Chicken boneless ½ kg Corn flour 6 tbsp Black pepper 1 tsp Chili sauce ½ cup Soya sauce 6 tbsp Oil for fry Red chili powder 1 tbsp Capsicum (chopped) 2 Large onion 1 Green chili 4-6 Garlic (chopped) 2 tbsp Spring onion 3 Vinegar 5 tbsp Ketchup 1 cup Salt 2 tsp Method: • In chicken add black pepper, chili sauce, soya sauce, salt and corn flour keep marinate for 1 hour. • Then heat oil and fry chicken. • Now in a bowl red chili powder remaining soya sauce, chili sauce, black pepper, salt, ketchup and vinegar mix well. • After this few oil fry garlic. • Now add all vegetables and fry for 15 minutes. • Then ready mixture and fry chicken mix together and cook for 2 minutes then serve with boil rice . DUM KA QEEMA Ingredients: Beef Mince 1 kg Yogurt ½ kg Chopped mint leaves 1 bunch Clarified butter/ oil 1 cup Chopped green chilies 4 Lemons 6 Green cardamom 6 Garam Masala powder 1 tsp Cumin Seeds 1 tsp Caraway Seeds 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp Red chili powder 1 tbsp Poppy seeds 1 tbsp Roasted chick peas 2 tbsp Raw papaya paste 2 ½ tbsp Salt to taste Method: In a bowl, add in ½ kg yogurt, salt, 1 tbsp red chili powder and 2 ½ tbsp raw papaya paste. Grind together, 2 tbsp chick pea powder, 1 tbsp poppy seeds, 6 small cardamom and 1 tsp white cumin. Add the grinded mixture in the bowl. Add in lemon juice, 1 bunch mint leaves and chopped green chilies. Add in oil in the pan, add in the mince. Cook till the water dries. add in lemon and cook it. When the mince is ready simmer it and remove it from the pan, garnish it with onion rings, mint leaves, green chilies and lemons.
