No kaju, no magaz – yet rich, creamy and restaurant-style! This is my pressure cooker special all-in-one gravy for everyday and party-style dishes. In today’s recipe, I’m sharing a pressure cooker-based all-in-one gravy that you can store and use to make Paneer Butter Masala, Dal Makhani, Koftas, Mix Veg or even Butter Soya instantly. It’s completely nut-free, made using besan (gram flour) instead of kaju or magaz, which gives it a unique nutty flavour and smooth texture. Best part? The entire base is ready in under 30 minutes and this video is loaded with pro tips. To show how beautifully this gravy works, I’ve also prepared Paneer Butter Masala at the end of the video, using a paneer frying & soaking trick for extra softness. 🧂 Ingredients (Main Gravy Base): Onion 700 gm Tomatoes 700 to 800gm Garlic 10 to 12 cloves, Adrak 2 inch Whole spices 4 to 5 choti elaichi, 1 tspn sabut kali mirch, 1 to 2 tejpatta, 1 inch dalchini, 4 to5 laung, 1 moti elaichi.
