PASHTIDA = Israeli savory "CRUSTLESS" vegetable pie. = POTATO AND MUSHROOM PIE= 5 pcs potato (big) , 6 -7 (small) oil 2 pcs. onion black pepper 3 eggs salt 2 packs mushroom (white & brown), = Wash & cook the potatoes in the microwave for 25 minutes, if ready peel and cut into cubes = Cut the onion into small cubes, peel and cut the mushroom into pieces and wash. = Heat the pan and put oil, if the oil is hot already, put the onion, then later the mushroom, mix until it cook or soft. = Prepare a basin, then put together the cut potato, and the 3 eggs, add salt and black pepper, and mix, Add also the cook mushroom with onion and mix all together. Taste = Prepare a pan or tray, put a small amount of oil and spread all over the pan or tray. = If the pan or tray is ready, pour all the mixture from the basin. = Put in the oven for 40 minutes, and 180 degrees. = Check if ready, cut and serve. = CORN PIE= 2 cups corn 2 pcs eggs 1 onion 1 eshel (yogourt 25 grams butter + 2-3 spoon oil salt 100 grams cascabal (cheese) black pepper 1/2 cup flour =Heat the pan, put the butter and oil, then put the onion. mix it until it become brown. =In a separate basin, put all together the corn, cheese (cascabal), eggs, yogourt, flour . =Pour the cook onion together, then add salt and black pepper =Mix all together.
