How to clean Reference style Graphics Card - HD 6970 Refurbishment

Blower Style GPU coolers are often seen in the first batch of OEM or Reference GPUS and often in limited quantities. I decided I wanted to try one out and step 1 is to refurbish. The GPU is a $40 Radeon HD-6970 and had never been opened prior to me buying it. Meaning lots of Dust and ineffective thermal paste (more like cement!) I've made this little how to to document how to refurbish and clean a Blower Style GPU It is a little but more complicated than when you refurb a card with the open style cooler, but the results are good, the temps will be lower and fans less noisy. If you have a reference style cooler on your GPU and its a few years old, i'm sure it will appreciate it greatly!
