The Players series continues with a look at the role of Keith Creel as former EVP overseeing Operations during the Mac Yard Incident which clearly showed "fake qualifications" at CN Rail. This channel is for all interested in rail issues impacting Canada & US and looks at hard truths not disclosed to rail families (i.e., front line rail worker families, rail investors, rail customers, etc.). I expose why the rail industry has become so much more dangerous as "fake qualifications", death coverup(s), and failure in demanding accountability by Transport Canada (TC) have contributed to an exponentially more dangerous industry for both Canada and the US as key rail executives were allowed to escape potential prosecution for the violation of so many laws, with some of those involved becoming key executives in US Class 1 rail carriers. Garbage investigations and garbage investigation reports by not only the Transportation Safety Board of Canada (TSB), but also by Transport Canada (TC) and dangerous, illegal, and in my opinion, "pre-fixed" or "pre-determined" hearing decisions, before one word was even spoken in those hearing(s), by the Occupational Health and Safety Tribunal of Canada (OHSTC), have all contributed to increasing dangers in the rail industry. Frontline rail workers and their families, taxpayers, safety advocates, unions (TCRC, BLE-T, BMWED, BRS, USW, etc.), commuters/travelers, executives, investors (pension or equity funds), news agencies, customers using rail to move agricultural (grain/canola/corn/oils/livestock/ equipment/parts), automotive (cars/ trucks/parts), chemicals (hazardous goods like sulfuric acid/hydrochloric acid/ hydrogen cyanide/chlorine), forest (logs/lumber/paper/ plywood/OSB/ telephone/hydro poles/railroad ties/wood chips), heavy equipment (construction/commercial/industrial/ military), mining (bauxite/coal/ iron ore/potash), oil/energy (bitumen/ hydro turbines/solar/pipelines/windmills), retail goods of all kinds, shipping/int’l freight (i.e., ships/trucking), steel products, etc., and regulators (TSB, TC, NTSB, STB, FRA) will find valuable info as ALL these "rail families" must work to root out corruption and financial fraud as well as to force change in the rail industry! As the Government of Canada attempts to shield itself from what could be massive liabilities, all MUST keep a close eye on the current effort to re-write the regulations which were there to protect front line rail workers, namely, the Railway Employee Qualification Standards Regulation as, in my opinion, Transport Canada tries to give the illusion of making things better when in actuality, there are serious concerns with what is being proposed as "new regulation" to "protect front line rail workers and make the industry safer"! As the expression goes, "Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me !" All have a huge interest in making sure the overhaul of this key regulation is what it needs to be - and from what I have seen so far, right now, that is certainly not the case!
