You're important enough to cook delicious food for yourself, just like you do for others! STUFFED BELL PEPPER BOWL INGREDIENTS: 3 to 4 oz ground beef, 1/2 c diced bell pepper, 1/4 c diced onion, 1/2 c cooked rice, 1/4 c tomato sauce, 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, salt & pepper to taste, shredded cheese INSTRUCTIONS: Cook the beef over medium heat in a skillet until browned. Drain excess fat. Add peppers and onions and cook until soft. Stir in tomato sauce, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt & pepper. Mix in the cooked rice and let it warm through, then top with cheese. ENJOY!!! SOUTHWEST BEEF BOWL INGREDIENTS: 3 to 4 oz ground beef, 1/2 c sliced bell peppers, 1/4 c sliced onions, 1/2 c black beans (optional), 1/2 c cooked rice, 1/4 tsp chili powder, 1/4 tsp cumin, 1/4 tsp garlic powder, 1 Tblsp salsa or pico de gallo, shredded cheese INSTRUCTIONS: Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain excess fat. Add peppers and onions and cook until soft. Stir in spices, black beans, and cooked rice. Mix well. Top with salsa & cheese before serving. ENJOY!!!
