Welcome to Episode 4 of Uncovering Joy! An interview series the brings me into the sweetest chats with some of my favourite humans. It’s this wonderful invitation to see that practice/ the search for truth/ life itself can take many shapes and forms. I’m completely smitten with this month’s guest, and so honoured that he chose to join us in this exploration around practice & reclaiming joy. Sudhir was my first real insight into the philosophy and deep wisdom of Yoga, and continues to be a source of light & support throughout my life. With personal mantras like “smiling’s your birthright” and “joy is your nature” I couldn’t think of a better human in which to offer insights into spirituality, finding truth, and coming home to wholeness. We get to explore what triggered his own journey into spirituality; important life questions; Yoga’s understanding of joy and much more.
