Here is a quick Video on how to Program the lights with the New Biocube 32 aquarium using standard time. I've also included written instructions below. Set the Clock to your current time, Phase 1, Daylight timer: I have my lights to enter full intensity lighting at 9:30am - 8:00PM (10.5 Hours for full lighting) Phase 2, Sunrise/Sunset timer: you can set this to whatever time you would like Prior to the times set on Phase 1. My Timer is set from 9:00am - 8:00pm. (White lights begin to come on at 9:00am and will shut off completely by 8:30pm) Phase 3, Moonlights. These lights are the Deep blue night LED's. I set mine to turn on from 7:30am-10pm. This way the Blue lights will be the only lighting from 7:30am-9am and From 8:30pm- 10:30pm. However the blue lighting will stay on all day, and will be off at completely after 10:30 PM No light will be on between 10:30pm-7:30 am. Using this technique allows you to have a longer lighting period without causing algae growth or negatively impacting your aquarium, This also allows you to take full advantage of all the lighting to increase overall intensity throughout the day.
