5 मिनट में ब्रेड का नया नाश्ता | Bread Tacos | 5 Minute Veg Recipe This recipe was prepared by a lovely mom : Shveta Sheth Ingredients • Boiled Potato - 2 grated • Sweet Corn - 1/2 Cup boiled • Coriander leaves - a handful chopped • Butter - as required • Onion - 2 small sized finely chopped • Green Chili - 2 finely chopped • Tomato Sauce - as required • Namkeen Bhujia/Zero Number Sev - as required • Mozzarella Cheese - as required • Pav Bhaji masala - 1/2 Teaspoon • Salt - as per taste • Red Chili powder - as per taste • Chaat Masala - as per taste • Lemon - 1/2 Instructions 1. In a bowl, add boiled grated potato, boiled sweet corn, chopped green chili, coriander leaves, mozzarella cheese, pav bhaji masala, red chili powder, salt, and onion. Mix well. Add lemon juice to it and mix well. 2. Cut the bread slice with a round cutter. 3. Apply butter on the bread slices. 4. Put a spoonful of the mixture on a bread slice then cover it with another bread slice (buttered side down). Then, apply butter on the top of bread as well. 5. Now, heat a pan or tava. 6. Roast the tacos on both the sides on a medium flame until nice golden brown. 7. Once done, take them out. 8. Cut the tacos into half. 9. Apply tomato sauce on the round edge of the tacos. Cover it with Namkeen Bhujia and transfer to a plate. 10. Yummy 'Bread Tacos' are ready to be served with tomato sauce.
