Ingredients Brown Bread - 2 slice Besan/ Gram flour - 1/2 Cup Laal mirch powder/ Red chilli powder - 1/2 Teaspoon Namak/ Salt - as per taste Garam masala/ All spice mix - 1/4 Teaspoon Saunf/ Fennel Seeds - 1/2 Teaspoon Hing/ Asafoetida - a pinch Pyaaz/ Onion - as required chopped Shimlamirch/ Capsicum - as required chopped Tamatar/ Tomato - as required chopped Oil - as required for roasting Instructions In a bowl, add gram flour, red chilli powder, salt, garam masala, fennel seeds, and asafoetida. Mix well and add water to make a batter of flowing consistency. Now, dip a bread slice in the batter and coat it well. Meanwhile, heat a tawa and grease it with oil. Put the bread slice on the tawa and cook it on a low flame. Top it with chopped onion, capsicum, and tomato. Press it with a spoon so that veggies gets stuck to the bread. Once it is cooked on one side, flip it and cook it on a low flame. Pour some oil and press with a spatula or a spoon and cook it. When it is cooked completely, take it out on a serving plate. Delicious 'Besan Bread Toast | Besan Bread Sandwich' is ready to be served.
