Prepare crust: Line a 9-inch pie plate with 1 pie crust and trim excess. Mix filling: In a bowl, stir together the soup, milk, chicken, and vegetables. Assemble: Spoon the mixture into the pie crust and sprinkle with 3/4 cup of the cheese. Place the second crust on top, trim/crimp edges, and cut slits in the top. Bake: 35 minutes until golden brown.
